Refunds /Cancellation
Refund of the transacted amount is applicable only in the following conditions.
1.Doctor not available for scheduled consultation
2.Patient unable to join the consultation
3.Software / technical issues in connecting
Normal Refund of the cancellation will take 5-6 working days to credit to the account
Unarv Telemedicine Mobile Application Disclaimer
Unarv Telemedicine Mobile Application is a Telemedicine application where the users are Doctors and Patients .The app can be downloaded from Google Play store.After the installation of this App you may have to accept the terms of Service to avail the Telemedicine Services.

Internet ,Network state,Location ,Storage ,Audio,Camera,SMS,Phone Call
Internet / Network state used for Data transfer of the Service through Internet
Location used to identify Patient location
Storage used to store /retrieve patient Demographic data and Health Record
Camera / Audio Used for Videoconferencing
SMS Used for Videoconsultation Booking and consultation
Phone is used for the support call of Videoconsultation
Data we collect
The video of the consultation will be recorded for to comply with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.The recorded Video will be stored in the Server located in Bangalore ,India.Also you agree to send and read the SMS by Unarv Telemedicine Booking system.The Healthcare record including the demographic data will be mailed and a backup will be stored at Unarv Telemedicine as Email .
You agree Unarv Telemedicine to access of the above mentioned permissions only used for Telemedicine purpose.
